We were finally able to make it up to my parents' lake house last weekend. Alyssa has been busy preparing Yeabi for all the fun, and it did not disappoint. He got into the house and squealed about how amazing the water and the beach are. (I can only imagine what he will think the first time we go to the ocean).

Summertime Fun
No doubt about it... finding time to blog as a mother of 4 is quite a challenge. We are keeping plenty busy enjoying our summer though. We are all loving time at the neighborhood pool, although I'm not sure our neighbors are loving our whole entourage when we show up. Yeabi and Matu just love being at the pool. While they are a long way from being able to swim, they are making great strides at getting toward water safety.

Jumping off the dock was a huge hit for both Yeabi and Alyssa who seem to think that they are fish.

Yeabi caught (and released) his first fish. He was so proud of himself.
We even got a little tubing in. It was all fun and games until Grandpa dumped Alyssa and me. Needless to say, I was a bit sore after that excursion.
